Qualifications
- Previous professional auto body/collision repair experience
- Experience with body repair, panel replacement, and structural repairs
- Ability to properly disassemble and reassemble vehicles
- Knowledge of modern collision repair procedures and equipment
- Ability to read and follow repair estimates and manufacturer procedures
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver's license
- I-CAR or manufacturer certifications are a plus
