What are the responsibilities and job description for the Cooler - Truck Loader - SPLIT Shift position at Kemps?
Kemps is currently seeking a motivated and fast-paced Warehouse Operator to join our team.
In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of warehouse tasks including:
- Picking, pulling, and building orders
- Palletizing products
- Loading, unloading, and staging materials for delivery
- Operating assigned stations or production lines
Warehouse Operators also play a key role in safely operating material handling equipment and machinery in our cooler.

OUR OPERATORS FOR THIS POSITION START AT: $26.65, AFTER 1 YEAR: $29.58
SCHEDULE: 2 night per week on 1st Shift, starting at 4am or 6am, working until 4pm. 2 nights per week on 2nd shift, starting at 4pm working 10-12 hour shifts. Rotating schedule

Requirements:- Able to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimal
- Effective verbal and written communications skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to pass all pre-employment screenings including drug, background and criminal checks
- Must be able to stand, walk, pull, push, reach and bend virtually the entire shift
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and assist others when lifting is necessary and manually stack and move cases up to 6-8 cases high
- Must be able to work in a wet environment and work in an environment where temperature is maintained at 35–40 degrees Fahrenheit
- Must be willing to work flexible hours including overtime, weekends and holidays
- May occasionally be exposed to cleaning chemicals
