What are the responsibilities and job description for the Caseroom Associate - Warehouse - 3rd Shift position at Kemps?
SHIFT: 10pm-6am, Monday-Friday, some weekend overtime and weekend work may be required
WAGES FOR THIS ROLE: $26.65, After 1 year $29.58/hr
POSITION TASKS:
- Unload cases, pallets, return product, and remove unwanted items from returning truck trailers.
- Keep an accurate count of cases and pallets that return on the truck trailers.
- Keep the bottling machines supplied with clean and sanitized cases.
- Operate the case washer and related sanitizing equipment in a safe manner.
- Perform cleanup on the case washer and other cleaning / sanitizing equipment daily.

Location
Cedarburg, Wisconsin
- Able to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimal
- Effective verbal and written communications skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to pass all pre-employment screenings including drug, background and criminal checks
- Must be able to stand, walk, pull, push, reach and bend virtually the entire shift
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and assist others when lifting is necessary and manually stack and move cases up to 6-8 cases high
- Must be able to work in a wet environment and work in an environment where temperature is maintained at 35–40 degrees Fahrenheit
- Must be willing to work flexible hours including overtime, weekends and holidays
- May occasionally be exposed to cleaning chemicals
- Must be able to read, write and speak English
