We’re looking for a Maintenance Supervisor who can lead a team, drive performance, and ensure equipment uptime in a fluid milk and yogurt processing facility.
Shift: 1st shift
What You’ll Do
- Lead and develop a team of maintenance technicians
- Prioritize and assign daily work to ensure efficient operations
- Drive a strong preventive & predictive maintenance program
- Troubleshoot issues and minimize downtime through effective problem-solving
- Partner with operations to improve equipment reliability and performance
- Support continuous improvement and root cause analysis efforts
What We’re Looking For
- Proven leadership experience in manufacturing or maintenance
- Supervisory or lead experience with maintenance technicians (2 years)
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to manage priorities and stay focused in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with preventive maintenance systems (CMMS)
- Knowledge of industrial equipment (fillers, conveyors, compressors, blow mold machines, etc.)
- Has electrical experience with motor control circuitry up to 480V 3-phase
- Preferred: PLC exposure (Allen Bradley) and/or ammonia refrigeration
Physical requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. with or without accommodations.
- Stand for extended periods.

Salary : $85,000 - $90,000
