We’re looking for a Maintenance Supervisor who can lead a team, drive performance, and ensure equipment uptime in a fluid milk and yogurt processing facility.
Shift: 1st shift
What You’ll Do:
- Lead and develop a team of maintenance technicians
- Prioritize and assign daily work to ensure efficient operations
- Drive a strong preventive & predictive maintenance program
- Troubleshoot issues and minimize downtime through effective problem-solving
- Partner with operations to improve equipment reliability and performance
- Support continuous improvement and root cause analysis efforts
Qualifications:
What We’re Looking For/Job Requirements:
- Proven leadership experience in a manufacturing maintenance environment (3-5 years)
- Supervisory or lead experience with maintenance technicians (2 years)
- Electrical experience with motor control circuitry up to 480V 3-phase
- Preferred: PLC troubleshooting (Allen Bradley) and/or ammonia refrigeration experience
- Working knowledge of industrial equipment typically found in food and beverage or dairy manufacturing plants (fillers, conveyors, compressors, blow mold machines)
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to manage priorities and stay focused in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with preventive maintenance systems (CMMS)
Physical requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. with or without accommodations.
- Stand for extended periods.
