Position Overview
We are seeking an Administrative Assistant who will play a key role in supporting all functions and departments within our facility. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a people-focused environment, is highly organized, and wants their work to make a real difference. This is a job with purpose!
Schedule
- Four days per week ; 10 hours per day
- Every other weekend required
- Alternating holidays required
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to and manage incoming calls with professionalism and compassion
- Serve as a liaison for families to ensure a smooth and supportive transition
- Maintain accurate census records and communicate updates with administration
- Collaborate with case managers and external partners
- Manage employee and resident files
- Assist with all operations of the facility in support of the Administrator and multiple departments
- Ensure compliance with resident confidentiality standards

Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Minimum of 2 years of related experience (Healthcare or Long-Term Care preferred)
- Proficiency with basic computer software (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare or a related field
- 5 years of experience in Healthcare or Long-Term Care
- Knowledge of resident case management procedures
- Experience with PointClickCare (PCC) or similar systems
