NOW HIRING – Party Store Team Member Kelso Bounce House Rental and our growing event businesses are looking for friendly, outgoing, and dependable people to join our Party Store Team immediately! If you enjoy helping customers, being creative, working with decorations, and creating fun experiences for families, we'd love to meet you. Position: Party Store Team Member Full-Time & Part-Time Positions Available $18–$23 per hour (depending on experience) Immediate Openings What You'll Be Doing: Assisting customers with party supplies, decorations, balloons, and event rentals Helping customers plan birthday parties, school events, baby showers, graduations, and other celebrations Inflating balloons and creating balloon bouquets and displays Restocking shelves and organizing merchandise Keeping the showroom clean, stocked, and inviting Answering phone calls and helping customers with reservations and questions Processing sales and operating the register Assisting customers with order pickups Helping create seasonal displays and store decorations Organizing inventory and preparing customer orders Assisting with social media photos, product displays, and promotional events What We're Looking For: Friendly and customer-focused Reliable and punctual Comfortable talking with customers and providing recommendations Organized and detail-oriented Able to multitask in a busy environment Positive attitude and willingness to learn Weekend availability preferred Retail, customer service, cashier, or party industry experience is a plus, but not required We are happy to train the right person Why Join Our Team?
