Who Are We Looking For?
KELMAR Safety is currently searching for someone to join our team that is eager and willing to learn through our hands-on training and experience to become a Compliance Specialist. This is a career-not just a job. No degree or previous experience is required.
This is a Monday–Friday 8am-5pm position onsite in Greenfield, IN. *THIS IS NOT REMOTE*
Duties and Responsibilities
· Review documents to ensure completeness and compliance in accordance to DOT and company regulations
· Input data and documents into our electronic system
· Provide timely response to customers
· Meet group and company goals
Pay
· $15/hour to start
· Merit raises ongoing

Requirements
· High school diploma or equivalent
· A good basic understanding of computers
· A good basic understanding of Excel and Adobe PDF
· Detail orientated, accurate, self-motivated and goal driven
· Decision making and problem-solving skills
· Written and verbal communication skills
· Willingness to learn
