🛠️ Key Responsibilities
- Process up to 2,500 vehicle titles daily
- Match titles with bills of sale and organize by dealer name
- Alphabetize and sort titles
- Receive titles into the system, stamp/assign, and prepare for shipment
- Operate in a quiet, phone-free environment with a close-knit team
- Fast and accurate typing
- Strong administrative support capabilities
- Interest or experience in auto finance and title processing
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Receptive to feedback and eager to learn
- Experience in shipping and receiving
- Prior exposure to auto title work (not required)
- Strong company culture and quiet work environment
- Little to no phone work
