We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Data Entry Clerk to join a fast-paced, high-volume operations team. This role supports the processing of vehicle titles for online auto sales, managing a large daily volume with accuracy and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Process approximately 4,000 vehicle titles daily
- Match titles with corresponding bills of sale
- Sort and organize documents alphabetically by dealer name
- Receive and input title information into internal systems
- Stamp, assign, and prepare titles for shipment
- Maintain accuracy and organization in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Comfortable with alphabetizing and document handling
- Fast learner with the ability to pick up new systems quickly
- Strong typing skills
- Positive attitude with the ability to accept feedback
- Team-oriented while also capable of working independently
- Prior auto title or automotive industry experience
- On-site position (Carmel, IN)
