About the Role:
We’re looking for an EHS Coordinator to help keep our Lenexa facility a safe place to work and grow. In this role, you’ll report to the Global EHS Associate Director and be a key player in supporting accident prevention, regulatory compliance, and environmental excellence. You’ll also collaborate closely with talented professionals who care about safety and teamwork.
What You’ll Do:
- Help make sure our site is safe, compliant, and running smoothly
- Lead and support EHS training for team members
- Develop easy-to-follow procedures and safety instructions
- Conduct job hazard analyses and machine risk assessments
- Monitor and report on safety performance and key indicators
- Investigate accidents, identify what happened, and recommend smart solutions
- Encourage everyone to join in on EHS improvements
- Support important projects in sustainability and compliance
Who We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety and Health (or similar field); an advanced degree is a plus
- At least 5 years of hands-on EHS experience
- Knowledge of EPA/RCRA, Hazmat Transportation, and OSHA standards
- Great communicator who’s comfortable sharing ideas in writing and conversation
- Detail-oriented, people-focused, and ready to lead
- Physically able to be active around our facility and occasionally lift 20 lbs
