Kelly Services is sourcing for a Document Specialist - Quality position to work with one of our premier clients in Alpharetta, GA!
The Documentation Specialist – Quality is responsible for creating, reviewing,
organizing, and maintaining controlled quality system documentation. This role ensures that all documents comply with internal Quality Management System (QMS) requirements and applicable regulatory standards, supporting the effectiveness and compliance of the Quality organization.
This person will work closely with the Quality team and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure consistency, traceability, and continuous improvement of documentation processes.
Required Qualifications:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent command of the English language (written and spoken)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Solid understanding of document control principles within a Quality environment
- Problem-solving skills with the ability to identify issues and recommend practical
- solutions
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Technical Skills:
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word (formatting, templates, styles, track changes)
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data organization, formulas, tracking logs, pivot tables)
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint (clear and professional presentation of quality data and information)
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Quality, Business, Technical Writing, Life Sciences) or equivalent experience
- 2 years of experience in document control or documentation within a Quality or regulated environment
