Position Overview:
As a Contract Sales Coordinator, you will audit state customer purchase orders, process and settle sales transactions, and provide support to dealer channels and field teams. You’ll be responsible for ensuring compliance with contracts, preparing audit documentation, and delivering top-notch service to both internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Audit state customer purchase orders for compliance with contracts, programs, and policies
- Process sales through systems for timely dealer settlements, credits, and invoicing
- Provide support and problem resolution for dealer channels and field teams, including policy/program interpretation
- Prepare audit packets, respond to assigned “tickets,” and follow-up on pending deals
- Navigate multiple systems efficiently and accurately
Required Skills & Experience:
- Previous administrative experience
- Proficiency with MS Office (especially Excel)
- Background in accounting, finance, or auditing
- High attention to detail and strong critical thinking skills
- Ability to move seamlessly between multiple systems
- Adaptability and willingness to learn; trainable mindset
- Professionalism in all communication with customers and dealers
- Ability to think outside the box and problem-solve where processes and situations are not clear-cut
Additional Information:
- Onsite 4 days/week initially, may increase to 5 days/week
- Position starts onsite immediately
