You will collaborate closely with cross-functional partners to transform business and technical requirements into intuitive, user-centered design solutions.
Core Responsibilities
- Design and define end-to-end experience architecture across customer-facing interfaces and touchpoints
- Apply human-centered and accessible design methodologies, including:
- Conceptual models
- Personas
- User flows / journeys
- Wireframes
- Interactive prototypes
- Optimize the experience to improve:
- Usability
- Findability
- Overall user satisfaction
- Balance user needs with technical and business constraints
- Review design deliverables and artifacts from peers to ensure:
- Consistency
- High-quality interaction patterns
- Alignment with design standards
- Contribute to evolving best practices and design standards across the organization
- Experience in UX Architecture, Experience Design, or Interaction Design
- Strong background in:
- Information Architecture
- User flows & journey mapping
- Wireframing & prototyping
- Deep understanding of human-centered design principles
- Ability to design for complex, multi-channel experiences
- Strong collaboration skills in cross-functional environments
- Experience working with product, engineering, and business teams
- Ability to think strategically while executing design work
- Experience designing across omnichannel or real-world digital experiences
- Familiarity with accessibility standards
- Experience reviewing or mentoring other designers
- Background in enterprise or highly regulated environments

- Pay Range: The approximate pay range for this position is between $50.00 and $54.00. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location. We comply with local wage minimums.
