Technical Project Manager

Job Summary:

Our client is seeking a Technical Project Manager to join their team! This position is located in Greenwood Village, Colorado. 



We are seeking a high-energy Project Manager to support a technical team within a leading Telecommunications organization. This role focuses on driving initiatives that improve the reliability, resiliency, and performance of large-scale platforms. You will work cross-functionally with engineering and operations teams, ensuring alignment, accountability, and timely execution across multiple workstreams. This is a fast-paced environment requiring someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable navigating technical conversations.


 

Duties:

• Lead end-to-end project execution, including scope definition, scheduling, resource coordination, and delivery
• Partner closely with technical teams to support platform reliability and performance initiatives
• Drive accountability across multiple teams by actively managing and following up on ticket queues and deliverables
• Facilitate key meetings including stand-ups, Root Cause Analysis (RCA) sessions, scaling discussions, and ticket reviews
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts across engineering, operations, and product teams
• Track and report on project progress, risks, and key metrics to stakeholders and leadership
• Manage documentation, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance with organizational standards
• Assign and monitor tasks based on team strengths and project needs
• Support troubleshooting workflows and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
• Build strong relationships across teams to ensure collaboration and alignment

Desired Skills/Experience:

• Strong Project Management experience in technical environments
• Solid understanding of DevOps concepts and workflows
• Experience working with large, cross-functional teams and driving outcomes across multiple groups
• Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for broader audiences
• Experience facilitating Root Cause Analysis (RCA) processes
• Highly proactive with a “high motor” approach—someone who follows through and drives results
• Collaborative, adaptable, and able to build strong working relationships
• Familiarity with observability tools such as Datadog or Splunk is a plus
• Telecom industry experience is a plus
• Experience supporting technical teams is highly preferred

The approximate pay range for this position starting at $107,000 - $125,000. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location. We comply with local wage minimums.
