Data and Analytics Manager

Job Summary

Our client is seeking a Data and Analytics Manager to join their team! This position is located in Basking Ridge, New Jersey.

Duties

• Structure, manage, and extract data from various business applications and systems
• Apply statistical methods and data modeling techniques to generate actionable insights and support business decision-making
• Analyze historical company data to produce accurate reports and identify performance trends
• Maintain and ensure the accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of all business data and information
• Develop data-driven strategies aimed at improving operational efficiency and increasing revenue
• Review and optimize existing strategies, procedures, and systems to enhance overall business performance
• Evaluate and monitor data processes to ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies
  
  

Desired Skills/Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field
• Proficiency in SQL, Google Cloud Platform, BigQuery, and GitLab
• Ability to structure, manage, and extract data from various applications and databases
• Skilled in applying statistical and modeling techniques to deliver actionable insights and answer business questions
• Experience producing accurate reports and analyses based on historical company data
• Strong attention to detail in maintaining up-to-date and reliable data and information
• Proven ability to develop data-driven strategies to increase revenue and optimize performance
• Experience reviewing strategies, procedures, and systems to enhance corporate and operational efficiency
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance and ability to ensure data practices adhere to laws and company policies

The approximate pay range for this position is between $32.00 and $46.00. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location. We comply with local wage minimums.
