Production Support Engineer

Job Summary:

Our client is seeking a Production Support Engineer to join their team! This position is located Hybrid in Irvine, California.

Duties:

• Provide production support for the client’s digital ordering channels including Kiosk, Delivery, Digital Menu Boards, and Point-of-Sale (POS) systems
• Monitor and troubleshoot middleware infrastructure hosted on AWS, leveraging tools
• Investigate and resolve production issues impacting digital menu data and ordering workflows
• Partner with Data Management, QA/QE, and L1/L2 IT Support teams to resolve escalated incidents and ensure platform stability
• Support testing, validation, and launch activities for new menu items, Limited Time Offers (LTOs), and regional market tests
• Collaborate with Menu Middleware developers to support application releases and post-deployment validation
• Adhere to the client’s change management processes and production governance standards
• Contribute to process improvements, documentation, and operational best practices

Desired Skills/Experience:

• 6 months of hands-on SQL experience, including: writing complex queries, joining multiple tables, creating and executing stored procedures, and working with query templates
• Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams
• Strong prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple production issues simultaneously
• Ability to diagnose issues and drive them through to resolution

The approximate pay range for this position is between $31.00 and $45.00. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location. We comply with local wage minimums.
