Java Developer III

Job Summary

Our client is seeking a Senior Java Developer to join their team! This position is located in Irving, Texas.

Duties

• Design and develop applications using Java for an event-driven system
• Leverage technologies such as AWS IoT, Spring State Machine, Spring Boot, REST, JSON, Kubernetes, Docker, NoSQL databases, and Git/GitHub/GitLab
• Fully utilize AWS services, including CloudFormation Templates, EC2, EKS, Lambda, API Gateway, and additional cloud services
• Ensure application components and overall system are robust, scalable, and easy to maintain
• Collaborate with cross-functional team members working on different infrastructure layers
• Participate in design sessions, scrum meetings, and other Agile ceremonies
• Adapt to different project needs by taking on additional roles as required
• Learn and apply new technologies as needed to successfully deliver project outcomes
  
  

Desired Skills/Experience:

• Bachelor's degree or 4 years of relevant work experience
• 4 years of B2B sales experience
• Knowledge of fiber and wireless-based telecommunications
• Reliable personal transportation and a valid driver’s license
• Willingness to travel up to 75% within the local market
• Proficiency in using databases and Google Suite

The approximate pay range for this position is between $43.00 and $62.00. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location. We comply with local wage minimums.
