Job Summary:
Our client is seeking a Contract Manager to join their team! This position is located in Richardson, TX or Ashburn, Virginia.
Duties:
- Manage contract records, documents and asset records in contract management applications
- Research contract and contracted telecommunications assets within an engineering organization
- Draft, revise and edit contractual documents
- Accelerate the development of contracts, amendments, and SOWs
- Monitor contract renewals and other key contract milestones
- Resolve contract compliance issues
- Identify issues and coordinate resolutions with transactions internal negotiation team
- Understand business requirements, legal provisions, and Corporate Policies
- Review and interpret sourcing and corporate policy requirements
- Take responsibility for consultation and escalation of contractual terms and conditions to Senior Management, including provision of current and potential legal and business issues and/or risks
Desired Skills/Experience:
- Microsoft Office suite and Google application proficiency
- Procurement Contracting Analysis experience
- nSAP
- Telecommunication Assets and Services Procurement Knowledge

The approximate pay range for this position is between $31.00 and $45.00. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location. We comply with local wage minimums.
