AI Developer

Job Summary:

Our client is seeking an AI Developer to join their team! This position is located in Cincinnati, Ohio. 

 
Duties:

• Empower end users with AI platform administration tools
• Establish AI governance and oversight of business use cases
• Perform extensive modeling  such as: LLM-driven, RAG-based and retrieval over confidential company data
• Productionize and scale AI solutions for enterprise use
• Contribute to open-source AI or active involvement in data science communities

Desired Skills/Experience:

• Bachelor's degree with 4 years of experience preferred
• 3 years of applied AI/ML experience
• Strong contributor to model development, deployment, and delivery
• Focus on execution and delivering working solutions with measurable business impact
• Proven experience delivering and deploying AI/ML models into production
• Hands-on expertise with NLP/LLMs such as: ChatGPT, Llama-2, Hugging Face, Langchain, Pinecone, OpenAI, BERT
• Proficiency in Python such as: pandas, sklearn, numpy, xgboost and SQL
• Cloud deployment experience such as: Azure strongly preferred; AWS/GCP also valuable
• Experience with document processing, OCR, call recordings, or other NLP business applications
• Industry background in finance or insurance
• Familiarity with MLOps practices such as: Kubernetes, Docker, Airflow, Jenkins and SageMaker

The approximate pay range for this position starting at $120-125,000 FT Direct Hire. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location. We comply with local wage minimums.
