Core Responsibilities
- Process high volumes of PO and non-PO invoices with speed and accuracy
- Perform data entry in an automated invoice processing environment
- Ensure timely and accurate invoice processing while meeting daily productivity goals
- Review invoice information for completeness and resolve discrepancies when needed
- Learn and navigate multiple business systems with minimal supervision
- Maintain a high level of accuracy in a deadline-driven environment
- 0-5 years of experience (recent graduates encouraged to apply)
- Strong data entry experience with excellent accuracy
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Accounts Payable or invoice processing experience
- Experience with enterprise systems such as SAP, Ariba, Kofax, or Oracle
- Ability to work efficiently while maintaining quality
- Strong computer aptitude with the ability to quickly learn new systems
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Pay Range: The approximate pay range for this position is between $16.00 and $23.00. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location. We comply with local wage minimums.
