Job Title: VP - Operations Transformation (Data & Generative AI)
Location: New York, NY
Duration: 04 - 06 Months (Possible Extension/Conversion)
Responsibilities
- Define and lead the Generative AI innovation roadmap across Data & Regulatory Operations
- Identify high-impact AI use cases including intelligent automation, workflow optimization, content generation, and advanced analytics
- Partner with business, technology, and compliance leaders to turn ideas into scalable, production-ready AI solutions
- Lead cross-functional teams through rapid experimentation, pilot programs, and enterprise rollout
- Translate complex business challenges into AI-enabled solutions with measurable value and ROI
- Drive adoption through change management, training, and stakeholder engagement
- Ensure innovation is delivered within strong risk, governance, and regulatory frameworks
Qualifications
- 10 years of experience leading complex initiatives across operations, data, or technology
- Demonstrated experience delivering AI-driven or automation-led transformation in an enterprise environment
- Strong ability to influence and collaborate with senior stakeholders
- Proven track record in process innovation, design thinking, and scalable solution delivery
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio
