Preferred Schedule
- Monday–Thursday
- 8:00 a.m.–5:30 p.m.
- 10-hour shifts
- 40 hours per week
What You’ll Do
You’ll help prepare confidential paper records for scanning and electronic storage. Responsibilities include:
- Reviewing files using provided guidelines
- Sorting, organizing, and preparing documents
- Removing documents that do not meet project requirements
- Preparing files for scanning and shipment
- Handling confidential information professionally
- Working independently while maintaining accuracy
- Following procedures and meeting productivity expectations
- Excellent attention to detail
- Dependable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Good judgment and flexible thinking
- Ability to work independently and with a team
- Basic computer skills are helpful
- Filing, records, data-entry, or administrative experience is a plus
Selected candidates will participate in a brief Microsoft Teams interview with the project lead before the assignment is confirmed.
