Join our team as a Switchboard Operator! In this critical front-desk role, you’ll serve as both a receptionist and a customer service representative. You’ll be the first point of contact for our customers—answering multi-line phones, greeting visitors, and providing helpful information.

Schedule
- 3-4 week contract (temporary position)
- Training: 8am–2pm (first 3 days)
- After training: 2pm–7pm with alternating Saturdays

Responsibilities
- Operate communication systems, including multi-line switchboards
- Answer incoming calls, greet callers, and provide requested information
- Transfer calls to the correct departments or team members
- Take and relay accurate messages
- Welcome visitors, sign them in, and issue security badges
- Assist with customer service tasks as needed
- Strong verbal communication and active listening abilities
- Experience in customer service and data entry
- Familiarity with CRM software and basic automotive terminology is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent
