We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to support a large-scale enterprise transformation initiative. Candidates must have hands-on experience leading ERP, Vendor Management System (VMS), or Workforce Management System implementations. This role will drive end-to-end project execution across multiple workstreams, ensuring project plans, milestones, risks, dependencies, and deliverables remain on track while partnering with cross-functional business and technology teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and execution of complex enterprise projects involving ERP, VMS, or Workforce Management System implementations.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including milestones, deliverables, dependencies, timelines, and success criteria.
• Coordinate activities across multiple business and technology workstreams to ensure successful delivery.
• Facilitate governance meetings, steering committees, executive status reviews, and project decision forums.
• Manage meeting logistics, agendas, action items, and project communications.
• Proactively identify and manage project risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies, driving timely mitigation and resolution.
• Prepare executive dashboards, milestone reporting, RAID logs, leadership updates, and governance documentation.
• Maintain project documentation, including project charters, decision logs, change requests, and project schedules.
• Support cutover planning, hypercare, stabilization, and operational readiness activitiies.

Required Qualifications

• 5 years of Project Management experience leading enterprise technology or business transformation initiatives.
• Must have experience supporting ERP, Vendor Management System (VMS), or Workforce Management System implementations.
• Demonstrated experience managing complex project plans with multiple cross-functional workstreams and dependencies.
• Strong experience facilitating executive governance meetings and steering committees.
• Proven ability to manage project risks, issues, and mitigation plans,
• Experience using Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Jira, Asana, or similar project management tools.
• Experience working within Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present to senior leadership.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborative mindset with excellent stakeholder management and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent Project Management certification.
• Experience supporting large-scale enterprise transformation programs.
• Experience working within Managed Service Provider (MSP) or contingent workforce environments.
