- Screening candidate resumes and job applications to identify top talent
- Assessing applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes
- Utilizing HR databases, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and SuccessFactors for candidate management
- Collaborating closely with hiring managers to align on candidate profiles, provide updates, and ensure a positive hiring experience
- Maintaining excellent communication and interpersonal relationships throughout the hiring process
- Have 5-7 years of recruiting experience in the automotive or manufacturing industries-REQUIRED
- Are experienced with HR databases, ATS, and SuccessFactors
- Possess strong sourcing and candidate assessment skills
- Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
