Recruiter
- Responsible for full life cycle recruiting for a variety of positions across multiple levels and geographic markets, reporting to the HR Manager.
- Attracting, sourcing, and screening both passive prospects and active applicants through job boards and Kelly’s applicant tracking system (Avature).
- Partnering with hiring managers to understand role requirements and ensuring a consistent, fair, and equitable assessment and selection process.
- Have a minimum of 2 years of high-volume, full cycle recruiting experience in an industrial/warehouse capacity (must-have).
- Are customer-centric with the ability to develop collaborative relationships with prospects, candidates, hiring leaders, and HR partners.
- Demonstrate strong communication and listening skills, engaging various audiences effectively, both verbally and in writing.
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus (nice to have).
