Kelly Services is hiring a Recruiter II to join a Talent Acquisition team in Greensboro, NC. This is a great opportunity for a recruiter who enjoys working with candidates, partnering with hiring teams, and managing the recruiting process from sourcing through hire.

What You’ll Do
- Manage full-cycle recruiting activities from sourcing through candidate selection.
- Source, screen, interview, and recommend qualified candidates.
- Build candidate pipelines for a variety of positions.
- Partner with hiring teams to understand staffing needs and identify appropriate candidates.
- Promote the organization's employee value proposition and employer brand.
- Conduct reference checks and coordinate pre-employment testing when applicable.
- Provide timely communication and feedback to candidates.
- Assist with job postings and recruitment advertising across various job boards.
- Maintain accurate candidate and recruiting information throughout the hiring process.
- 2–5 years of recruiting experience.
- Full-cycle recruiting experience.
- Strong sourcing, screening, and interviewing skills.
- Experience recruiting for both entry-level and professional positions.
- Excellent communication and candidate relationship skills.
- Ability to work independently while partnering effectively with hiring teams.
- Strong organization and follow-through.
