- Inspecting components, sub-assemblies, and finished products received or built internally
- Collecting quality data and executing comprehensive product inspections
- Serving as a focal point for analyzing quality issues, determining root causes, and implementing corrective actions
- Reviewing documentation for compliance to quality standards
- Inspecting First Articles, incoming components, raw materials, and in-process assemblies according to plans and specifications
- Conducting subassembly tests to ensure product quality
- Using measuring equipment such as calipers and gauges
- Auditing and monitoring quality requirements in accordance with company and customer specifications
- Documenting and reporting inspection findings, and monitoring corrective actions
- Adhering to Quality Management Systems (QMS), Environmental Management (EMS), and Occupational Health & Safety standards (OHSAS)
- Continuously assessing opportunities for improvement within management systems
- Have hands-on quality and manufacturing experience in an ISO certified environment (must-have)
- Are proficient in MS Office, Access, Outlook, and Adobe programs (must-have)
- Have experience with Document Control software (must-have)
- Are familiar with SAP, ISO-9001, and have knowledge of DFx, FMEA, or similar Quality Systems (preferred)
