What’s a typical day as Quality Assurance Manager? You’ll be:
- Managing internal audits, including documentation, processes, and procedures to ensure quality standards are met
- Leading external audits conducted by municipalities and accreditation bodies
- Writing, maintaining, and reviewing all SOPs, instructions, and administrative processes to maintain sample integrity, certifications, licenses, and accreditations
- Overseeing documentation control and maintaining ISO compliance while following Good Laboratory Practices
- Ensuring accuracy and integrity of recorded data in logbooks and electronic systems
- Coordinating special projects with the Chief Scientific Officer
- Staying organized and multitasking effectively in a fast-paced work environment, including working overtime as needed to maintain compliance
- Supporting a team-oriented atmosphere while also being self-sufficient and independent
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Hold a Bachelor’s Degree (required)
- Have at least 2 years of ISO experience (ISO 9001 and ISO 17025 preferred)
- Possess experience with the CORE Compliance Platform (preferred)
- Bring analytical chemistry experience (preferred)
- Are a minimum of 21 years of age and can be approved for a DCP ACER License
- Are comfortable performing basic math and repetitive motions, and can stand and/or walk for extended periods
- Thrive in both team and independent work environments
