- Maintaining training records, trainings matrices, and SharePoint sites
- Updating training documents and work instructions to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Assisting with daily quality checks, audits, and ISO compliance tasks
- Recording quality data using SharePoint, Excel, and SAP
- Supporting the Quality Supervisor with reports and follow-ups
- Managing controlled documents within the Quality Management System (QMS)
- Are proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with SharePoint and Excel
- Have strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Are detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and documentation
- Can work flexible hours and overtime as needed
- Have experience with SAP and inspection techniques (preferred)
- Possess 1–2 years of QMS experience (preferred)
- Are bilingual in English/Spanish (preferred)
- Are able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods in a manufacturing/warehouse environment
