- Have previous experience in purchasing, even if from a different industry (must have)
- Are organized, detail-oriented, and enjoy helping others (must have)
- Have familiarity with, or are eager to learn, systems like SAP, Ariba, or eMarketplace (preferred)
- Are comfortable communicating with suppliers and solving problems together (must have)
- Have at least a high school diploma and are ready to contribute immediately (must have)
