The Project Coordinator job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Have an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree, preferably in business administration, finance, or a related area
- Have strong written and verbal communication skills (required)
- Are highly motivated with a strong sense of urgency and customer-focus (required)
- Have a strong attention to detail (required)

- Environment: innovative and progressive company culture
- Working as part of a customer-facing team to manage the flow of communication between the company and their airline customers during aircraft engine repair projects. Communication will be via email and phone; not in a call center. Thorough on the job training will be provided; prior airline industry experience is not required
- Working with customers to coordinate inbound engine shipments, accessories, and parts
- Providing periodic status updates to customers and internal teams as engines progress through the repair process
- Manage all associated paperwork (physical and electronic) and CRM system updates
