The Project Coordinator job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Have an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree (strongly preferred), preferably in business administration, finance, or a related area
- Have strong written and verbal communication skills (required)
- Are highly motivated with a strong sense of urgency and customer-focus (required)
- Have a strong attention to detail (required)
- Full benefits including medical/dental/vision plans, paid holidays, paid time off, and the ability to contribute to a 401K plan

- Great work/life balance: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm with some overtime required

- Working as part of a customer-facing team to manage aircraft engine repair projects
- Working with customers to coordinate inbound engine shipments, accessories, and parts
- Providing periodic status updates to customers and internal teams as engines progress through the repair process
- Manage all associated paperwork (physical and electronic) and CRM system updates
