Kelly® is hiring a Project Controls Coordinator II to work onsite with a leading energy client in Duluth, MN. This is a one-year contract role supporting engineering and construction capital projects valued up to $25MM/year.
Position: Project Controls Coordinator II
Location: Onsite at Top Energy Client, Duluth, MN
Contract Term: 1 Year (extension more than likely)
Pay Rate: $34 per hour

Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate the development of the overall Project Execution Plan
- Develop, maintain, and review project controls deliverables including Cost Reports, Variance Analyses, Cash Flow Reports, Schedule Reports, and Project Controls Plan
- Integrate cost control and scheduling functions into one seamless team
- Define resource requirements and maintain quality control on all project controls deliverables
- Coordinate deliverables for Phase Gate Review meetings on the 6-Phase Project Lifecycle
- Provide feedback on tools, processes, and procedures
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- Minimum 3-10 years’ relevant experience (preferably 5-7 years)
- Experience in scheduling and cost processes, preferably for pipeline or plant facility projects
- Familiarity with best management practices for project scheduling and cost control
- Effective in matrix organizational structures
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Project and Project Server
