- Monitoring machine operations and identifying defects or malfunctions promptly.
- Ensuring proper staging of raw materials before production begins.
- Training, mentoring, and motivating team members to foster a productive team atmosphere.
- Maintaining documentation of production records and ensuring accuracy.
- Resolving workflow issues and supporting the success of the production team.
- Have a high school diploma or GED (required).
- Bring proven experience as a team lead or supervisor in a manufacturing environment (preferred).
- Demonstrate strong leadership and communication skills, with a commitment to quality and safety standards.
- Can work 12-hour shifts (8:00am – 8:00pm) and stand for extended periods.
- Are capable of lifting up to 35 lbs and possess excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Exhibit an eye for detail and excel in motivating and coaching teams.
