- $21.50/hr Night Shift
What You’ll Do
- Support press department operations on both the front and back end
- Load materials, monitor production flow, measure, inspect, and package wood stacks
- Work with state-of-the-art engineered wood equipment
- Ensure accuracy, quality, and efficiency under tight deadlines
- Positive attitude and strong attention to detail
- Reliable transportation to Burlington
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, sometimes warm environment (fans/AC provided)
- Basic math skills and clear verbal communication
- Comfortable using a 2-way radio
- Experience in construction, roofing, warehouse, labor, or even restaurant service is a plus
- Interest in long-term opportunities and internal promotion
- Day Shift: 6 AM – 6 PM ($20/hr)
- Night Shift: 6 PM – 6 AM ($21.50/hr)
- 8 paid holidays
- 10 vacation days after one year
