- Pay: $21 per hour
- Shift: 7 - 3:30pm
- Perform press operations and machine set-ups efficiently according to production needs.
- Ensure all work meets high quality standards through regular inspection and adherence to quality control processes.
- Maintain, clean, and calibrate tools and equipment; promptly report any issues or malfunctions.
- Take personal accountability for delivering high quality output.
- Cross-train with other departments to support operational flexibility and teamwork.
- Adapt effectively to a dynamic environment where work demands and skills are continually changing.
- Develop and support highly functional, collaborative relationships with senior staff, key stakeholders, and influencers across the organization.
- Continually seek out best-known methods and new ways of thinking, encouraging others to do the same.
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor consistent with the company’s commitment to quality, continuous improvement, and respect for individuals.
- Prior experience with stamping press operations preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Commitment to upholding quality and safety standards.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
