Press Operator

Kelly services is partnering with a leading manufacturing company who is looking for a Press Operator for their Attleboro, MA location.

• Pay: $21 per hour
• Shift: 7 - 3:30pm
  
  

Job details:

• Perform press operations and machine set-ups efficiently according to production needs.
• Ensure all work meets high quality standards through regular inspection and adherence to quality control processes.
• Maintain, clean, and calibrate tools and equipment; promptly report any issues or malfunctions.
• Take personal accountability for delivering high quality output.
• Cross-train with other departments to support operational flexibility and teamwork.
• Adapt effectively to a dynamic environment where work demands and skills are continually changing.
• Develop and support highly functional, collaborative relationships with senior staff, key stakeholders, and influencers across the organization.
• Continually seek out best-known methods and new ways of thinking, encouraging others to do the same.
• Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor consistent with the company’s commitment to quality, continuous improvement, and respect for individuals.
  
  

Qualifications:

• Prior experience with stamping press operations preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing priorities.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Commitment to upholding quality and safety standards.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
