- $24/hour, $25 for Master ASE Certificate
- Monday-Friday, 7am-7pm CST availability required 8 hour shift will be within this time range
- Occasional Saturday required: Time and a half compensation
- Protect the Nissan/Infiniti ownership experience by validating the technician's diagnosis.
- Serve dealership personnel as they navigate Nissan/Infiniti policies and procedures.
- Provide excellent customer service via phone, emails, chat, etc.,
- Must have strong communication skills and the confidence to stand by your decisions.
- Provide claim support to Nissan and Infiniti dealers
- Adjudicate warranty claims to ensure timely and accurate claim payment.
- Utilize resources like Technical Service Bulletins, Electronic Service Manuals, and Campaign publications.
- Thorough knowledge of the maintenance and repair of vehicles; well-versed in use of technical service manuals and tools.
- Three or more years of "hands on" automotive repair experience. Dealership experience is a plus.
- ASE Master preferred, must have A1, A2, and A6
- Computer Skills: Ability to work with multiple computer screens. Typing speed of 30 wpm or better.
