Key Responsibilities
- Lead plant-level accounting, financial reporting, and cost controls across multiple manufacturing sites
- Serve as a strategic financial advisor to plant leadership
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Provide financial insights on production KPIs, labor efficiency, scrap, and throughput
- Support product costing, margin analysis, and pricing decisions
- Strengthen internal controls, inventory accuracy, and working capital management
- Partner with operations to identify cost reduction and performance improvement opportunities
- Evaluate capital expenditure proposals and ROI
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA, CMA, or MBA preferred)
- 7 years of accounting/finance experience, including manufacturing experience
- Strong knowledge of cost accounting, standard costing, and variance analysis
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred), Excel, and reporting tools
