What You’ll Do
- Process bi-weekly payroll for multiple store locations
- Review and validate timecards, PTO, and leaves of absence
- Research and resolve payroll discrepancies
- Enter and update new hire and termination info in HR systems
- Support and troubleshoot UKG Workforce Management systems
- Provide wage verification for third-party requests
- Handle confidential payroll data with care
- 2 years payroll processing experience
- Comfortable with Microsoft Excel, Word, and payroll software
- Experience with UKG Workforce Management (preferred)
- Multi-location or large retail payroll experience (preferred)
- Familiarity with HRIS systems like UKG Pro / Ultipro (a plus)
