- Manually extracting payments from envelopes, sorting and organizing checks and invoices for deposit.
- Accurately inputting payment amounts into software applications using a PC.
- Following account-specific instructions to ensure accurate deposit preparation.
- Collecting and preparing check copies for re-association and physically matching check copies with invoices and envelopes.
- Sorting completed batches for outgoing mail to return to the client.
- Meeting established department standards for quality and productivity.
- Maintaining a clean and organized work area.
- Performing other duties as assigned.
- Have a high school diploma or equivalent (required).
- Possess basic computer skills and strong organizational skills (required).
- Are able to lift and move objects up to 25 lbs. frequently.
- Can sit for long periods of time and perform repetitive motions.
- Have experience in banking operations (preferred, not required).
- Have 10-key or data entry skills
