- Providing general office operations and administrative support
- Working within multiple company systems, including Warehouse Management System, Accounts Payable System, and Service Management System
- Serving as a backup for warehouse operations when needed
- Learning and performing forklift operation, shipping and receiving duties, packaging, and additional warehouse support functions
- Have a minimum of 1 year of Accounts Payable experience (required)
- Are adaptable and comfortable working in both office and warehouse environments
- Are eager to learn new systems and gain hands-on warehouse experience (forklift operation, shipping/receiving)
- Can commit to a part-time schedule, three days per week with flexible days
