The bank is seeking an experienced Oracle EBS Financial Functional Analyst to support a critical Oracle 12.1 to 12.2 upgrade initiative. This role will play a key part in ensuring smooth operational support, system configuration, testing, and documentation across financial modules, particularly within Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Fixed Assets.

This is a hands-on functional role, ideal for someone who can bridge business and technical teams while ensuring data integrity, process efficiency, and successful system transformation.


Job Title: Oracle EBS Financial Functional Analyst

Location: Tampa, FL (Hybrid)

Duration: 07 Months (Possible Extension)


Key Responsibilities:

Oracle EBS Financials (P2P & Fixed Assets)

  • Support full lifecycle activities including requirements gathering, configuration, testing, and deployment
  • Provide production support, troubleshooting, and ongoing system optimization
  • Drive enhancements and process improvements across Oracle EBS Financial modules
  • Support operational functions, attributes, and module setup during the 12.2 upgrade

Testing & Documentation

  • Lead and execute extensive system testing (UAT, regression, functional testing)
  • Create and maintain detailed documentation for processes, configurations, and workflows

Supplier Data Transformation (Golden Source Initiative)

  • Support implementation of a centralized Supplier Golden Source (SGS) model
  • Assist in supplier data mapping, validation, and migration to new platforms (e.g., Aravo)
  • Ensure alignment of supplier data with enterprise hierarchy and compliance standards
  • Support integrations between P2P systems and supplier management platforms (e.g., Aravo, GEP)
  • Help identify and manage non-compliant spend and payment controls


Required Qualifications

  • 7 years of experience as an Oracle EBS Financial Functional Analyst
  • Strong expertise in Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes (must-have)
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle EBS 12 (12.2 exposure is a plus)
  • Experience supporting Oracle EBS Fixed Assets modules
  • Strong experience with testing, documentation, and production support
  • Comfortable working with SQL / PL-SQL queries
  • Prior experience working in large enterprise / data warehouse environments
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills


Nice to Have

  • Experience with supplier management platforms such as Aravo or GEP
  • Exposure to large-scale data transformation or ERP upgrade initiatives
  • Understanding of supplier onboarding, compliance, and payment controls

Salary : $75 - $80
