What You’ll Do
Customer Support
- Handle high-volume calls, emails, and texts professionally.
- Act as the main contact for customer questions and service requests.
- Make follow-up calls to coordinate service and ensure satisfaction.
- Create daily schedules for drivers and technicians.
- Plan the best routes based on location and urgency.
- Fix schedule changes or delays in real-time.
- Communicate daily goals clearly to the field team.
- Create job invoices and check work orders for accuracy.
- Follow up with customers on outstanding payments (collections).
- Keep customer accounts and digital files organized.
- Help the GM and AGM with daily administrative tasks.
- Update pricing, service records, and internal documents.
- Find ways to make office workflows faster and better.
- Great Communicator: You are comfortable talking to customers and team members all day.
- Problem Solver: You can handle schedule changes and "logistics puzzles" calmly.
- Organized: You have a high attention to detail, especially with billing and data.
- Tech-Friendly: You are comfortable using computers and scheduling software.
