You’ll be:- Tracking, analyzing, and updating space data to develop scenario and occupancy plans for our offices.- Assisting with migration plans, group and individual moves, and supporting office space allocation.- Maintaining and updating floor plans, ensuring accuracy in business group assignments, occupancy, and conference room ownership - Manage and maintain space-related data repositories and databases.- Conduct regular data audits and monthly reviews to ensure accuracy and compliance.This job might be an outstanding fit if you:- Hold a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (business, architecture, facilities management, or related) preferred.- Have 0–2 years of experience in space/occupancy planning, facilities management, project management, or related fields.- Are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with Excel (pivot tables, vlookup) preferred.- Bluebeam, AutoCAD & Revit skills are a plus.What happens nextOnce you apply, you’ll proceed to next steps if your skills and experience look like a good fit.
