You will work closely with cross-functional teams—including regulatory, clinical affairs, product development, and sales—to translate complex technical features into clear customer benefits.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Planning & Execution
- Assist in creating and implementing annual product marketing plans, tactical execution frameworks, and go-to-market strategies.
- Support new product launches, commercial readiness, and promotional campaigns.
- Oversee the creation and review of brand promotional materials, ensuring strict alignment with brand equity and regulatory compliance guidelines.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new growth opportunities.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics, ROI, and market penetration data using CRM and analytics tools (e.g., Salesforce, Google Analytics).
- Partner with the market research team and cross functional teams, to gather actionable customer insights and feedback from clinical specialists or Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
- Partner with Regulatory and Medical Affairs teams to ensure all marketing communications and educational content comply with industry standards and legal frameworks.
- Coordinate with the sales force to provide effective field support, sales training aids, and customer-facing collateral.
- Help manage project timelines, marketing budgets, and agency/vendor relationships.
Education & Experience
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related Life Sciences/Biomedical field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in product management, brand marketing, or commercial marketing within the medical device, MedTech, or healthcare sector.
- Solid understanding of the medical device regulatory environment, compliance requirements, and healthcare market dynamics.
- Proficiency in digital marketing platforms, CRM software (e.g., Salesforce), and data analytics tools.
- Strong project management / Project Coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
