Kelly Project Services, a managed solution provider and business unit of Kelly Services, Inc., is currently seeking a Manufacturing Dispatcher/ Coordinator at one of our Global clients in Palm Beach Gardens, FL. This role is a full-time, fully benefited position.

The Responsibilities Of The Role Include The Following
- Review, print, organize, and distribute manufacturing work orders and associated production documentation in accordance with the production schedule and established document control requirements.
- Partner closely with Planning, Operations, and Inventory Control teams to ensure work orders are released accurately and on time to support production priorities and customer demand.
- Monitor work order queues and documentation discrepancies, and coordinate with the appropriate stakeholders to resolve issues and prevent production delays.
- React to schedule changes, priority shifts, and urgent production requirements from affected stakeholders to facilitate rapid response and alignment.
- Assist with continuous improvement initiatives focused on enhancing dispatching processes, improving workflow efficiency, and reducing documentation-related production interruptions.
- Maintain compliance with company policies, Good Documentation Practices GDP , and applicable quality system requirements within a regulated manufacturing environment.
- This role will interface with local work order printing software, so some level of computer literacy is required.
- Reliability and strong time / attendance track record is key.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Computer proficiency.
