Kelly is hiring a Lead Specialist - IT Application Support with our prestigious client based out in Parlin, NJ 08859.
Title: Lead Specialist - IT Application Support
Location: Parlin, NJ 08859 (Onsite)
8 AM to 4 PM – 5 days a week
12-month contract
Qualifications:
-Aspen IP21 experience
-RS Linx experience (Def not required but would come in handy)
-Experience setting up servers
-SQL DB experience
-Firewall experience (To the extent of knowing what to put in a ticket, not be a security expert)
-ITIL License
-Cisco networking experience
-Security , Network , CSA, etc... Any relevant certs
Responsibilities:
Desktop/Laptop Support
-App installation
-OS installation / imaging
-Basic network troubleshooting
-Strong understanding of TCP/IPv4 network protocols
-Microsoft/Windows experience
-Ability to lift and move up to 40 lbs (Physically able to rack and stack servers and network gear)
-Help desk or experience using a ticketing system like Service Now
-Customer service experience (Even working in retail or service industry shows they know how to treat customers/users)
-Basic printer experience insofar as configuring the IP address and installing the device on PCs
-Strong communication skills with email, teams, etc...
-Organization and documentation.
