Import Trade Compliance Specialist (Temp) – Dallas, TX (Hybrid)
Pay Rate: $20–$25/hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Mon–Fri, 9am–5pm (3 days onsite, 2 days remote)
Location: Dallas, TX 75234
Assignment Length: 3 months (temp only)

Key Responsibilities
- Audit and verify import/export entry data, log results, and file documents for easy retrieval
- Escalate errors in filings and communicate required corrections
- Generate Excel and Word reports explaining errors and documenting findings
- Support protest filings and help prepare entry documentation
- Coordinate with clients, shippers, and partners locally and globally
- Assist management with departmental projects and administrative tasks
- Associate’s degree or equivalent experience
- At least 1 year in administrative freight forwarding or customs compliance
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), Oracle, and familiarity with Customs/FDA clearance
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
- Ability to handle sensitive information and prioritize tasks effectively
