Work hours: 9-5 M-F
Length of assignment: 3 months and Extension Possibility
Location- Dallas TX - Hybrid - 3 days in the office, 2 days remote

Years of Experience: 1 year freight forwarding or Customs Compliance
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Oracle, particularly in MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Outlook, and familiar with Customs and FDA related clearance.
Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred
Key Responsibilities:
General administrative tasks include audit of import and export entries, verifying accuracy of entry data elements, and logging the results.
Accurate filing and organization of documents for easy future retrieval
Escalating errors and issues related to the entry filngs.
Generation of Excel spreadsheets and Word documents, to explain the error, documenting the result and relaying to the Brokerage Manager for review and revision.
Printing entries for protest filings, as required.
Coordinating and tracking communications with clients, shippers, freight forwarders, trucking companies, warehouses, terminals, steaClientip lines, and airlines, both locally and internationally.
Providing support to management in various departmental tasks.
Qualifications and Skills:
Associate's degree and/or equivalent experience
Strongl written and verbal communication skills, coupled with strong interpersonal capabilities.
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
An aptitude for organizing tasks, managing multiple responsibilities, and setting effective priorities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
At least one year of experience in administrative freight forwarding requested
Previous experience in customs brokerage, freight forwarding, or steaClientip line is advantageous.
