You will be responsible for maintaining accurate data for new and active associates within Success Factors, ensuring smooth HR operations across the organization.
Pay Rate: $23 – $25 per hour
Work Environment:
- Hybrid schedule: 4 days in-office, 1 day remote after completion of training
- Flexibility to come into the office as needed; occasional weekend work may be required
- This is a long-term opportunity for a Kelly contingent employee
What’s a typical day look like?
- Audit and file data entries processed by team members promptly
- Process data entry requests within Success Factors
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures to ensure proper and accurate data entry
- Ensure all entries are error-free to prevent negative impacts to downstream business areas
- Communicate and collaborate with cross-functional business units to finalize data processes
- Support other administrative tasks and projects as needed
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have strong attention to detail and at least 2 years of experience with critical data entry.
• Possess the ability to analyze complex data and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Are willing to learn systems and follow established processes, with experience in Success Factors strongly preferred.
• Previous data entry experience in an HR environment (strongly preferred)
